Chemnitz, IBUG 2018, in the top floor of the Nadel- und Platinenfabrik (Factory) of former VEB Kombinat Textima in Waplerstrasse we find this room. It was created by the Dresden based Studio Paragon formed by the two artists Artourette and Foodie. In a complete continuous display across all four walls of this room they have visualized the greek myth of Sisyphus. The eternal battle of Sisyphus to roll an immense boulder up a hill that will always roll down again before reaching the top becomes an infinite image that way. And the mountains are inhabited by angry gods and the duped death.
More infos about IBUG can be found here and an interactive 360° projection of this panorama is up on Facebook.
