The ibug 2018 took place in the needle and sinker factory (Nadel- und Platinenfabrik – NaPlaFa) of the VEB Kombinat Textima on Annaberger Straße in the Altchemnitz district. It was a part of the GDR industrial Kombinat for textile machine construction, which was concentrated in the Chemnitz region but had other production sites spread across the republic. Here we see the courtyard side of the building during an ibug festival weekend.
