The Palais de Justice is the main Courthouse of Marseille. It is situated on Place Montyon and was designed in neoclassical style by the architect M. Auguste Martin (errected 1856-1862). The figures inside the roof gable and the relief behind the columns were created by the sculptor Eugène Guillaume.
