A photography of the facades along the eastside of Grimmas’ marketplace. On the left it starts with buildings standing along the Brueckenstrasse, six buildings in the middle stand directly along the market (starting with the Ärztehaus and finnishing at the Marktfleischerei) and it finnishes with buildings in the Lorenzstrasse, which leaves the market square in southern direction. One of the buildings in the middle also houses the cities’ tourist information. Grimma is a small town southeast of Leipzig, lying on the shores of the river Mulde. It became well known when the city was flooded by the Mulde in 2002. Unfortunately that happened again in June 2013, which meant the buildings in this image were also flooded. This panorama was taken three weeks earlier however. Further, yet uncompleted, Grimma street view panoramas can be found in our Grimma article.
